Executive Superintendent in Catholic Education

This role, reporting to the Chief Education Officer, seeks a practicing Catholic leader with a vision for enhancing student achievement. With more than five years of supervisory experience, you will oversee curricular and instructional developments while promoting inclusion. Your leadership will support a diverse learning community that nurtures both staff and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead alignment of curricula and instructional practices

• Collaborate with superintendents of curriculum and special services

• Promote relational leadership across educational settings

• Drive innovation to support student learning outcomes

• Evaluate and implement continuous improvement strategies

Requirements:

• Ontario Supervisory Officer qualifications required

• Minimum five years supervisory experience in education

• Expertise in various curricula necessary

• Practicing Catholic with religious education qualifications

• Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
