Position: Youth Focused Employment Coordinator
Become a Youth Focused Employment Coordinator with Step Stones and support youth in securing meaningful job and education opportunities tailored to their growth. This role requires engagement with employers and personalized youth support.

The Employment & Education Partnerships Coordinator is critical in offering young individuals pathways to employment while ensuring their educational commitments are met. You will foster relationships with employers, preparing youth for the workforce through tailored coaching and continuous support. Your focus will be on building a strong network and monitoring youth placements to secure positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain partnerships with employers and stakeholders

• Promote hiring benefits of supporting Step Stones youth

• Facilitate youth employment opportunities in alignment with education

• Provide one-on-one support for job readiness and applications

• Track outcomes and conduct regular follow-ups with youth and employers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in youth programming

• Demonstrated success in building partnerships

• Excellent communication and relationship skills

• Deep understanding of issues faced by underserved youth

• Experience with supportive youth-centered practices

Drive change and foster growth in youth by enhancing their access to nurturing employment and educational environments.
