Part-Time Math & Science Teacher

Empower high school students at Oxford Learning Toronto Beaches as a part-time math and science teacher-tutor. Ideal for those passionate about education and student development.

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with students aged 12-17 during evenings and Saturday mornings. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in math or science, and tutoring experience are encouraged to apply. Commitment through the school year and summer is essential for this hands-on teaching role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct up to three students across different levels

• Follow established Oxford Learning teaching practices

• Provide daily feedback and communication updates

• Maintain a professional, patient approach with students

Requirements:

• Degree in a math/science discipline

• Prior experience teaching math and science to Grades 7-12

• Proficient communication skills in English

• Strong ability to guide students' learning

• Knowledge of advanced math and sciences preferred
