Student Parent Support Worker Position

Join REGENT PARK COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE as a Student Parent Support Worker in Toronto. This role focuses on supporting high school students' growth through effective program delivery and engagement.

In this full-time position, you will develop and oversee programs aimed at empowering students within the Pathways to Education framework. The Student Parent Support Worker will ensure academic support for students while fostering relationships with families and educational staff. Key responsibilities include organizing learning activities, volunteer coordination, and monitoring attendance to promote consistent school engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute educational programming and activities

• Collaborate with school staff and community partners

• Monitor and support volunteer tutors and mentors

• Maintain accurate student attendance records

• Document and report on program activities

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma relevant to education

• Proven experience in developing youth programs

• Familiarity with secondary education challenges

• Excellent digital communication skills

• Understanding of diverse community needs
