Position: STEM Camps & Programs Manager at MakerKids
Lead and inspire young minds as Maker Kids' STEM Camps & Programs Manager. Oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and logistics to deliver exceptional educational experiences.

In this key role at Maker Kids, you will manage day-to-day operations of our award-winning camps and programs in STEM fields such as Coding, Robotics, and Minecraft. Your leadership will ensure classes are executed smoothly, staff are supported, and families receive outstanding service. A background in education or STEM disciplines is beneficial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site lead for classes and camps

• Handle logistics, scheduling, bookings, and inventory

• Build relationships through effective customer service

• Teach coding and robotics when instructors are unavailable

• Foster a positive team culture through recruitment and training

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team leadership or education management

• Strong background working with children in educational settings

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of STEM or eagerness to learn

• Valid First Aid & CPR certification required
