Program Manager & STEAM Instructor

Lead innovative STEM programs at Maker Kids as a Program Manager and Instructor. Engage kids aged 5-13 in Coding, Robotics, and Minecraft through hands-on learning.

This role combines team leadership and STEM instruction to enhance children's learning experiences. The Program Manager & Instructor will manage daily operations, support instructors, and ensure smooth program delivery across multiple locations, including Bloor Street West and Bayview Avenue. Bring your passion for education, strong communication skills, and a proactive leadership style to inspire the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the instructional team in classrooms

• Oversee scheduling, bookings, and daily program logistics

• Build relationships with families via excellent customer service

• Teach engaging hands-on classes in STEM subjects

• Troubleshoot tech issues and maintain program readiness

Requirements:

• Experience in educational program management and operations

• Proven background working with children in various settings

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to solve problems independently and adapt quickly

• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C or willingness to obtain
