Become a key player in aviation education with CAE as an Aircraft Maintenance Instructor. Deliver essential training on aircraft systems and maintenance for aspiring aviation professionals.
CAE is seeking an experienced instructor with a robust background in aviation maintenance and technical training. This role requires at least 7 years of maintenance experience and expertise on specific aircraft platforms such as Airbus and Boeing. You will prepare and conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting materials to diverse learning styles while fostering a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical instruction on aircraft maintenance and operations
• Prepare and facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions
• Develop tailored training materials to meet diverse learner needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and certifications
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for courseware development
Requirements:
• 7+ years of aviation maintenance experience required
• Valid Transport Canada AME license or equivalent
• Certification in instructional techniques or adult education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability and willingness to travel globally
