Position: Herc Rentals Regional Safety Trainer

As a Regional Safety Trainer, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality safety training and developing materials to enhance learning experiences. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and implement customized training solutions. Your extensive knowledge of safety standards and regulations will drive effective training outcomes and empower employees across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct safety training sessions for diverse equipment

• Prepare training materials and classroom environments

• Coordinate equipment demos and evaluations

• Stay updated with safety regulations and codes

• Develop innovative training materials for improved presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

• 1-3 years operating equipment and training

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
