Ideal candidates are passionate educators with experience in tutoring or teaching high school English. You must be well-versed in the Ontario secondary English curriculum (Grades 9-12) and able to offer engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower students with tailored academic support in English

• Help strengthen reading comprehension and essay writing skills

• Prepare students for assessments and OSSLT where applicable

• Develop custom lesson plans that encourage academic growth

• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress

Requirements:

• Experience tutoring or teaching high school English

• Familiarity with the Ontario secondary English curriculum

• Hold valid registration with the Ontario College of Teachers

• Reliable transportation for in-home tutoring
