OCAD University is seeking a passionate individual for its Faculty of Art in a temporary contract role. The instructor will lead the CROS-3001 course, emphasizing professional practices across disciplines. Responsibilities include course preparation, delivering lectures, assessments, and fostering an inclusive environment for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and outline course content and structure

• Prepare and deliver lectures and critiques

• Conduct grading and mid-term evaluations

• Ensure health and safety compliance in teaching

• Supervise and mentor teaching assistants

Requirements:

• Terminal degree in art, design, or relevant discipline

• Experience in post-secondary teaching preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to promote an inclusive learning space

• Experience in guiding Teaching Assistants
