As the Lead for Family Medicine Clinical Learning, you'll oversee the essential curriculum development for years 1 to 3 of the MD Program. Your leadership will ensure the integration of Competency-Based Medical Education principles and support Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives. Collaborating closely with academic and clinical leads, you will be key in embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide curriculum design and clinical learning implementation

• Collaborate with MD Program leaders for objective setting

• Monitor student assessment and progression effectively

• Foster equity and inclusion within learning experiences

• Lead the Year 2 Longitudinal Clinical Learning Experience

Requirements:

• MD required; CCFP membership essential

• Experience in undergraduate medical education

• Proven leadership in clinical curriculum development

• Knowledge of CBME principles

• Familiarity with EDI initiatives in medical education
