Easterseals Florida is hiring a dedicated Float4

Life Instructor to provide personalized swimming instruction. In this role, you'll engage with children, ensuring they learn critical water safety skills. Your experience with young learners and those with special needs will be invaluable as you manage lesson plans and track progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized Float4

Life lessons using evidence-based methods

• Schedule and document client lessons effectively

• Ensure a safe and clean swimming environment

• Collaborate with families for effective skill development

• Provide physical support to children during instruction in water

Requirements:

• Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED necessary

• Experience with children, especially those with developmental challenges

• Valid driver's license and reliable transport required

• Capacity to lift and carry children safely

• Commitment to obtaining Float4
