The Program Manager & Instructor will oversee day-to-day operations, focusing on staff management, scheduling, and delivering high-quality STEM education. Your background in education and experience with kids will be vital in fostering a positive team culture and ensuring a successful program experience across different Maker Kids locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff, ensuring effective classroom management
• Manage logistics for programs, camps, and events
• Provide exceptional customer service to students and families
• Deliver engaging instruction in Coding, Robotics, and Minecraft
• Resolve technical and operational issues as needed
Requirements:
• Team leadership experience in an educational context
• Strong preference for candidates with youth program experience
• Excellent organizational and verbal skills
• Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification required
