Position: Bilingual E-Learning Senior Consultant Role
Become a pivotal force in e-learning as a Senior Bilingual Multimedia Integrator focused on vibe coding and innovative content creation at a national level. Lead the design and integration of engaging training modules.

This role combines instructional design and project management for the development of bilingual multimedia training in the specialty lines insurance sector. You will leverage your deep knowledge of Articulate Storyline and generative AI to enhance learning experiences while actively managing a hybrid project team across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and define learning objectives with content specialists

• Produce various interactive learning materials and storyboards

• Optimize multimedia assets using audio, video, and image editing

• Manage projects, workshops, and team meetings

• Ensure successful follow-up on training effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree in education sciences or related field

• At least 5 years of multimedia integration experience

• Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Rise tools

• Bilingual in English and French required

• Knowledge of generative AI applications preferred
