This role is a fixed-term contract available from September 2026 to June 2027, offering 20-35 weekly hours. You’ll plan interactive programs, mentor staff, and create a supportive environment for children aged 4-13. Your leadership will foster connections with nature and community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and lead engaging nature programs
• Mentor assistant instructors and volunteers
• Cultivate positive relationships among participants and staff
• Attend required training and familiarize with policies
• Help share the organization’s impact through communications
Requirements:
• 5+ years of outdoor and environmental education
• 5+ years of experience with children
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Valid class G driver's license
• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
