Program Coordinator at University

Enhance the international student experience as a Program Coordinator at the University of Toronto. Engage with diverse student populations while developing innovative programs and resources.

In this full-time role, you will be part of the International Student Experience Team, working closely with the Associate Director to implement programs for international students. Your focus will span across the ISE program portfolios, enriching student engagement and developing outreach strategies. Key skills include collaboration, program development, and evaluation processes to ensure students' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement curricular and co-curricular programs

• Coordinate logistics for events and activities

• Write marketing and promotional content

• Develop outreach strategies targeting students

• Conduct evaluations and write program summary reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• 4 years in international student program design

• 3 years in collaborative programming

• 3 years of event coordination experience

• Strong communications and intercultural skills
