Spiritual Leader for English Ministry

North Toronto Chinese Baptist Church is looking for a passionate Pastor to guide the English-speaking community. This role involves preaching, teaching, and fostering aspects of youth and post-secondary ministries.

As a spiritually mature Pastor, you will be responsible for shepherding our congregation while engaging in intergenerational and intercultural ministry.

Your role will encompass preaching, teaching, and providing pastoral care, as well as collaborating with the pastoral team to oversee various ministries. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for anyone joining our vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach and teach regularly in the English congregation

• Provide spiritual care and discipleship for all ages

• Collaborate in English Ministry oversight with lay leaders

• Oversee Youth and Post-Secondary Ministry initiatives

• Foster integration among all language congregations

Requirements:

• Clear calling to pastoral ministry

• Master of Divinity or equivalent theological education

• Experience in multicultural ministry settings

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Eligibility to work in Canada
