In this key position, the Lead, Coaching will oversee the design, implementation, and quality improvement of the coaching framework in the Medical Degree program. You’ll work closely with MD course leadership and various stakeholders to ensure coaching enhances learner development. This role emphasizes program sustainability and ethical practice in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enhance the academic coaching program for MD

• Mentor Faculty Academic Coaches to foster inclusive practices

• Ensure coaching aligns with learner engagement and professional growth

• Integrate coaching with curriculum assessment and goals

• Report on coaching outcomes to the MD Curriculum Committee

Requirements:

• MD degree and formal coaching certification required

• Background in medical education and learner development

• Familiarity with coaching frameworks and adult learning

• Understanding of accreditation standards and processes

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
