Position: Lead Program Instructor at Variety Village
Empower individuals with diverse abilities as a Lead Program Instructor at Variety Village. This on-site, part-time role focuses on planning and delivering inclusive programs for all participants.

As a Lead Program Instructor, you are crucial in developing engaging activities that meet the unique needs of each participant. You will offer leadership to other instructors, ensuring consistent program delivery while fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and skill progression. This role highlights your capacity for inclusivity and program safety, creating a positive environment for both participants and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement inclusive programs and activities

• Oversee safety and engagement during all activities

• Communicate updates with parents and caregivers

• Lead and mentor a team of Program Instructors

• Adapt programming for participants with disabilities

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 15 and legally eligible to work

• High school diploma or equivalent in related fields

• Valid National Lifeguard certification required

• Previous experience with individuals with disabilities preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
