Position: Training Specialist at Responsible Gambling Council
Elevate adult learning initiatives with the Responsible Gambling Council as an Instructional Design and Training Specialist in Toronto. Develop impactful training programs in a hybrid work model.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will have the chance to design and deliver responsible gambling training solutions. Your expertise in adult education and project management will contribute to evidence-based programs that directly impact communities. Collaborate with a passionate team focused on creating positive social change and enhancing industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative training materials aligned with adult-learning principles

• Deliver interactive digital training solutions and job aids

• Manage learning management systems for innovative training delivery

• Conduct training evaluations and needs assessments

• Collaborate with clients and experts to meet project goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of training program development experience

• Proficiency in learning management systems and training technologies

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields; CTDP designation preferred

• Ability to work with diverse populations and Cultural awareness
