Key Responsibilities:

• Design training aligned with adult-learning best practices

• Facilitate various training sessions for diverse learners

• Use technology to stay ahead in learning development

• Lead training product development and reviews

• Collaborate with clients for timely delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years developing training programs

• Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma

• Proficient in LMS and training technologies

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with gambling industry or harm prevention beneficial
