Learning & Development Specialist at IFDS

• Gather and analyze feedback to improve training outcomes

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in learning project leadership

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Proficient in Articulate 360 or similar tools

• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
