As a key member of the Admissions Department, you will implement strategies to achieve recruitment goals while working closely with Student Admissions representatives. You'll engage with prospective undergraduate students through phone, email, and events, while also providing guidance on application processes and status.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit qualified students through various outreach methods
• Represent Tyndale at recruitment events and foster interest
• Ensure timely communication regarding application status
• Process and evaluate undergraduate applications thoroughly
• Document correspondence and track application progress
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
• Experience with Christian higher education institutions preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work non-traditional hours during busy seasons
