Key Responsibilities:

• Plan interactive curriculum experiences consistent with educational standards

• Conduct regular observations and maintain child records

• Establish safe and supportive classroom routines

• Communicate effectively with families about children’s development

• Participate in ongoing quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree

• Current registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE)

• Experience in licensed childcare environments is preferred

• Familiarity with educational practices and regulations

• Completion of health assessments and immunizations required
