Manager of Student Services at U of T

Take the lead in student services as the Associate Registrar & Manager at the University of Toronto. Focus on academic scheduling, advising, and enhancing student experiences in this comprehensive role.

Located in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education, this position is key to improving student services while fostering an inclusive academic environment. You will develop and implement strategic operational plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate student services processes

• Advise on policies related to student financial support

• Coordinate university recruitment and orientation events

• Oversee experiential education program implementations

• Manage all academic programs and degree placements

Requirements:

• Degree in Adult Education, Student Development, or similar

• At least five years in academic and registrarial services

• Three years managing staff in a union setting

• Proven ability in student case management

• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
