In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for enhancing member education and engagement initiatives. Collaborating closely with various internal teams, the Associate Director will communicate complex pension information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You’ll oversee the development and coordination of webinars, workshops, and educational sessions tailored to the university sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver member education and engagement programs
• Lead and facilitate webinars, presentations, and workshops
• Communicate technical information in accessible language
• Build relationships with employers and employee representatives
• Monitor program effectiveness through feedback and metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate degree is a plus
• 8-10 years experience in pension administration
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience in regulated financial services
