In this position, you will bring your extensive teaching knowledge and curriculum expertise to guide the development and review of online learning courses. Your responsibilities will include mentoring staff, crafting engaging educational content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and alignment with Ontario's educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and coach staff on innovative pedagogical techniques
• Design and develop online learning modules and content
• Collaborate with teacher writers for course interactivity
• Ensure curriculum alignment with Ministry of Education standards
• Analyze data to inform secondary education development
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education in Physics & Chemistry; OCT certified
• 5+ years classroom experience
• Proven experience in online educational content design
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
