The Department of Medicine is seeking a candidate for the Advisor position. This role requires expertise in residency program development and accreditation processes. You will be integral in assisting Residency Program Directors while promoting quality improvement initiatives across the Department’s extensive postgraduate education portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Residency Program Director development and support

• Ensure accreditation readiness and compliance

• Implement curriculum and assessment practices

Requirements:

• MD degree with Royal College certification eligibility
