Position: Training Consultant at Marsh Risk
Elevate learning as a Training Consultant with Marsh Risk, specializing in instructional design and delivery. Engage various audiences using innovative training methods in hybrid settings.

As a Senior Training Consultant, you'll develop and deliver training on Marsh-developed applications, utilizing classroom, CBT, and live distance learning environments. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design impactful programs while managing budgets and timelines.

Your role will also involve assisting with client onboarding and providing post-training support to ensure quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop instructional design for innovative training environments

• Prepare materials for effective distribution to teams

• Manage client onboarding and support new agents

• Attend meetings to maintain project plans and updates

• Coordinate training-related technology deployments

Requirements:

• Experience in instructional design or training delivery

• Strong communication and organization skills
