As a Sessional Lecturer, you will guide discussions on intersectionality, power dynamics, and the impact of privilege. Your expertise in critical race theory and anti-oppressive pedagogies will empower students and support their professional journeys. Candidates should foster an environment for reflection and facilitate transformative learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and teach the graduate course effectively
• Facilitate student engagement and discussions
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on assignments
• Attend planning meetings with instructional teams
• Support students through personal and collective reflection
Requirements:
• Doctoral degree or equivalent experience required
• Mastery of intersectionality and critical race theory
• Excellence in online and in-person teaching
• Proven experience in anti-Black racism and equity work
• Skills in facilitating affinity spaces and difficult conversations
