This 12-month contract role requires hands-on leadership and operational oversight of ROMKids programs, including Summer Club and Camps. You will collaborate on curriculum development, enhance learning experiences, and support staff management. Regular weekend and flexible hours are essential to ensure program quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and oversee ROMKids programming smoothly
• Supervise staff and volunteers during program delivery
• Collaborate on engaging learning experiences
• Manage logistics and communication with families
• Support program evaluations to enhance quality
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years of programming experience
• Supervisory experience in educational settings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive Vulnerable Sector Screening
Drive impactful programming for children and families at the Royal Ontario Museum through your leadership and creativity.
