You will work closely with clients and subject matter experts to design dynamic learning solutions rooted in best practices. Your expertise in design thinking will be invaluable as you create multi-modal learning experiences using industry-leading tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients for learner-focused design solutions

• Apply adult learning principles and design thinking methodologies

• Lead the production of eLearning, virtual, and in-person content

• Utilize tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite

• Evaluate and enhance learning outcomes for efficacy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related fields

• Minimum five years in instructional design or learning development

• Familiarity with learning authoring tools
