About Innova STEM Labs

Innova STEM Labs is an education solutions provider dedicated to empowering young people to become innovators.

We provide engaging, project-based learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Our programs introduce students to areas such as coding, robotics, mechatronics, engineering, digital media, design, and other emerging technologies through hands‑on activities led by skilled instructors.

We work with schools to make practical STEM education more accessible. Our school solutions include instructor-led programs, teacher training, hundreds of hands‑on STEM projects, makerspace solutions, ongoing support, and a unique Mobile STEM Lab for schools that have limited classroom space or limited access to technology tools.

The Opportunity

Innova STEM Labs is seeking an energetic and well-connected Private School Partnerships Representative to introduce our K–12 STEM programs and school solutions to private and independent schools.

This is a flexible, commission-based business-development opportunity. It may be completed alongside the successful candidate’s current employment, consulting work, studies, or other professional commitments, provided that there is no conflict of interest and the candidate can meet agreed sales and communication expectations.

The representative will focus on developing relationships with private schools, identifying their STEM education needs, presenting suitable Innova STEM solutions, and helping move qualified opportunities from initial contact to a signed agreement.

Strong performance during the 2026–2027 school year may lead to consideration for a longer‑term contract position with expanded responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of private and independent K–12 schools through telephone outreach, email campaigns, professional networking, social media, conferences, referrals, school visits, and community connections.
  • Develop relationships with school owners, principals, heads of school, academic directors, curriculum leaders, STEM coordinators, teachers, and other decision-makers.
  • Introduce and promote Innova STEM’s in‑school workshops, after‑school programs, enrichment programs, teacher-training opportunities, makerspace solutions, and related educational services.
  • Present the Mobile STEM Lab to schools that need access to technology classrooms, specialized tools, or flexible STEM-learning spaces.
  • Learn about each school’s academic priorities, enrollment, available facilities, budget cycle, student needs, and extracurricular programming.
  • Recommend appropriate programs and prepare opportunities for pricing, proposals, demonstrations, and contract discussions.
  • Coordinate presentations, demonstrations, discovery meetings, and follow-up conversations with school decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities, meetings, proposals, expected closing dates, and sales results.
  • Communicate regularly with Innova STEM management regarding pipeline activity, market feedback, competitive information, and school requirements.
  • Support a professional handoff to Innova STEM’s program-delivery and operations teams after a sale is completed.
  • Represent Innova STEM professionally and communicate its commitment to practical, engaging, and accessible STEM education.
Ideal Candidate
  • Confident initiating conversations and developing new professional relationships.
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • Comfortable presenting educational programs to school leaders and other decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and results-oriented.
  • Able to manage their schedule and sales activity independently.
  • Comfortable working with technology, online meetings, presentations, email outreach, and customer-tracking tools.
  • Passionate about education, innovation, technology, and creating meaningful opportunities for K–12 students.
  • Able to understand a school’s challenges and connect those challenges with practical STEM solutions.
  • Available for occasional school visits, presentations, networking events, or demonstrations.
