ELearning Coordinator at Centre for Faculty Development

Elevate educational outcomes with the Centre for Faculty Development as an eLearning Coordinator. This temporary, full-time role focuses on program coordination and technology integration to enhance health professional education.

In this role, you will manage faculty development programs while ensuring smooth delivery of hybrid and online initiatives. You'll play a pivotal role in integrating technology into the Centre's educational offerings, working closely with faculty and using tools such as Articulate Storyline. Your organizational skills will help improve program delivery and enhance participant experiences across Unity Health Toronto and the University of Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery of central faculty development programs

• Support technology integration into educational content

• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards

• Develop evaluation tools and conduct data analysis

• Communicate program expectations with participants

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

• 2-5 years in health education or e-learning

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Zoom

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems
