• Support learner engagement and achievement outcomes

• Establish coaching tools and evaluation processes

• Prepare annual reports on coaching program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree is required

• Formal coaching certification greatly preferred

• Background in medical education and learner development

• Experience in educational leadership desirable

• Awareness of competency-based medical education practices
