The team

The Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University (TRSM) is developing collaborative, creative leaders who will drive 21st century business forward while making a positive impact on society. Home to 13,000+ students and more than 250 industry-connected faculty, TRSM is Canada's leading diverse, entrepreneurial business school centred in an urban learning environment. TRSM offers three Bachelor of Commerce degrees, one Bachelor of Health Administration degree, the Ted Rogers MBA, a Professional Masters Diploma in Accounting, Executive Education courses, a Masters of Science in Management, a Master of Health Administration in Community Care, and a PhD in Management.

TRSM is also home to 18 innovative research centres, institutes, and labs. The Graduate Programs team is dedicated exclusively to supporting TRSM's portfolio of graduate programs and the students who pursue them. The team leads and supports the full graduate student journey—from recruitment, marketing, admissions, and enrolment through to student engagement, career development, awards, events, and program administration. Working closely with academic Directors, faculty, and university partners, the team plays a central role in attracting exceptional domestic and international students, delivering an outstanding graduate student experience, and advancing the strategic growth and reputation of TRSM's graduate programs.

Opportunity

Who will be the next generation of business leaders? As part of the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM) graduate programs team—Canada's largest business school you'll play a pivotal role in recruiting exceptional students to all of TRSM's graduate programs, engaging prospective students across Canada and around the world, and helping them see their future king closely with academic Directors and program leaders, you'll develop and lead innovative graduate recruitment, marketing, and admissions strategies that attract high-caliber students across TRSM's portfolio of graduate programs and help turn their aspirations into meaningful careers.

In this strategic and highly collaborative role, you'll shape how prospective graduate students experience TRSM from their first point of engagement through the admissions journey. You'll lead integrated graduate recruitment and marketing initiatives that showcase the distinctive strengths of TRSM's graduate programs, build awareness in competitive domestic and international markets, develop prospective student pipelines, and inspire high-caliber candidates to choose TMU.
