Hillsong Youth is inviting applications for a full-time Pastor focused on grades 6 to 12 and young adults. In collaboration with campus leaders, this role emphasizes pastoral leadership, discipleship, and volunteer engagement within a vibrant youth community. Your leadership will shape environments where young people can flourish spiritually and build meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Youth and Young Adults ministry initiatives

• Foster a culture of empowerment and belonging

• Support leaders in mentoring young people effectively

• Conduct ministry operations and ensure events' success

• Collaborate with campus teams to enhance church unity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred

• Experience in leading youth ministry in church settings

• Ability to effectively disciple and nurture young people

• Strong pastoral heart with empathy and wisdom

• Creative approach to ministry engagement and development
