In this critical role on the Customer Education team, you will leverage your instructional design expertise to develop exceptional learning experiences tailored for Pigment Academy. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to build comprehensive programs that enhance the customer onboarding process and platform mastery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive customer learning programs

• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging content

• Work alongside SMEs to translate product knowledge into learning materials

• Oversee the instructional design lifecycle from needs assessment to outcomes evaluation

• Keep all learning content aligned with product updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design

• Familiarity with tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to leverage data for design improvements

• Collaborative approach to teamwork
