At the University of Toronto, we are seeking a Sessional Lecturer for our Master of Architecture program's fourth design studio. This role emphasizes the integration of various technical systems within architectural design, catering to a moderate complexity level. Applicants should have experience in teaching foundational design studios at the M. Arch or B.A./B.Arch levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct design studio meetings and coordinate with faculty
• Develop and organize course content and teaching materials
• Evaluate assignments, exams, and manage grades
• Assist students with inquiries and academic challenges
• Provide individual support during designated office hours
Requirements:
• M.Arch or similar graduate degree in Architecture
• Established teaching history in the field
• Understanding of architectural teaching practices
