In this full-time role, you will lead a team responsible for designing impactful learning experiences, establishing global standards, and ensuring content consistency across diverse formats. As a key guide in the Education Content function, you'll collaborate with Product and Professional Services teams to translate complex technical information into engaging, learner-focused education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Instructional Designers in content creation

• Set project priorities and expectations for global initiatives

• Define templates and workflows for scalable education content

• Ensure consistency in various learning formats and content audits

• Collaborate with Product Trainers to align technical standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years in instructional design or digital learning leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Education Technology or related field

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Proficient with e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline

• Familiarity with content governance and accessibility standards
