In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Early Learning Centre, ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering a supportive and joyful atmosphere for children and staff. Collaboration with the Principal and school community will be vital in providing enriching experiences for the 192 children enrolled across multiple age groups. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and adhere to all regulatory standards

• Build collaborative relationships with school staff

• Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment

• Develop family engagement initiatives and strategies

• Lead staff in professional development and performance

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education diploma/degree required

• Proven experience in childcare management

• Knowledge of relevant Ontario education standards

• Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills

• Technical proficiency in childcare apps and MS Office
