Reporting to the Manager of Organizational Learning, your efforts will include facilitating diverse learning experiences and collaborating with subject matter experts to create tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of learning programs organization-wide

• Facilitate various training formats to ensure effective learning

• Partner with stakeholders to create targeted learning solutions

• Manage learning and development project timelines and evaluations

• Develop engaging eLearning content using innovative tools

Requirements:

• 2+ years in corporate learning facilitation experience

• Proven expertise in instructional design principles

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline or similar platforms

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities

• Related degree or equivalent experience
