Position: EarlyON Educator for Teen Mothers Program
Join YWCA Toronto as a Part Time EarlyON Teen Mothers Educator located in Scarborough, ON. This role emphasizes effective educational practices for young mothers and their children.

In this impactful position, you will ensure the effective implementation of the EarlyON program, creating a nurturing environment for children aged 0 to 6.

Your role encompasses establishing routines, engaging with families, and maintaining safety protocols. You'll also oversee volunteer activities while managing classroom supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create developmentally appropriate routines

• Collaborate with parents and children in group interactions

• Keep play areas clean and organized

• Prepare the Centre for activities

• Order supplies and supervise volunteers

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Certification in First Aid

• Experience in multicultural settings
