Position: Wildlife Educator Role Zoo
Become a Wildlife Educator at Toronto Zoo this seasonal period and inspire the next generation. Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned programs for all ages.

The Toronto Zoo is looking for dedicated Wildlife Educators to lead various educational programs, catering to students and families alike. This seasonal, part-time opportunity involves not only virtual and in-person presentations but also potential evening or overnight work. Educators will support program goals while committing to the Zoo’s vision of conservation and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present educational programs to a variety of audiences

• Prepare and clean educational spaces pre- and post-program

• Collaborate with Zoo staff for program execution

• Provide feedback to enhance program success

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Education in biology, education, or similar fields

• Proven experience in youth education

• Commitment to sustainable conservation practices

• Ability to work both independently and in teams

• Familiarity with the Toronto Zoo preferred
