Instructional Designer LMS Focus

Position: Dynamic Instructional Designer with LMS Focus
Contribute to national education as an Instructional Designer, integrating design and LMS administration for the benefit of learners across Canada. This role is about transforming learning experiences.

As part of a respected professional organization, you'll join a collaborative team to deliver innovative accreditation and development programs. Your focus will be on creating stimulating digital learning content and optimizing LMS functionality to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and update eLearning modules and stakeholder materials

• Manage end-to-end assessments and user troubleshooting

• Use learner feedback to refine course offerings continually

• Stay informed on learning technology trends and best practices

• Generate process documentation for learning and LMS workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Instructional Design

• Practical experience with LMS, especially D2L Brightspace

• History of developing both online and in-person learning experiences

• Proficient problem-solver with strong organizational skills

• Bilingual (English/French) candidates preferred
