This valuable role at the Toronto Zoo invites passionate individuals to share their love for wildlife through dynamic education programs during the peak seasons. As a part-time educator, you will engage with students and families, facilitating memorable learning experiences both virtually and onsite, including night programs. Your contributions will directly support the Zoo's conservation efforts and educational mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging programs adhering to curriculum guidelines

• Maintain a safe and clean educational environment

• Collaborate on the development of teaching aids

• Coordinate with team members for program logistics

• Update supervisors on program execution and challenges

Requirements:

• College degree/diploma in education, biology, or related field

• Experience teaching nature-related content

• Knowledge of conservation and wildlife issues

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Understanding of health and safety protocols
