Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive advisor training programs

• Maintain and update learning materials consistently

• Explore new learning delivery modalities

• Mentor and guide learning professionals within the team

• Act as a consultant for internal learning needs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years in adult learning and development

• Experience in financial planning advisory roles

• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and LMS tools

• Strong communication and project management skills
