The successful applicant will contribute to expanding academic programs related to Humanistic Buddhism. You will teach a variety of courses, support graduate research, and collaborate with other faculties. The role demands a PhD and a demonstrated ability to teach and publish effectively in academic settings. Your scholarly activities should include maintaining an active research agenda in Humanistic Buddhism and its related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 4-6 courses annually in Buddhism and related subjects
• Mentor graduate students and supervise research
• Participate in course and program development
• Assist in organizing public lectures and conferences
• Publish scholarly work in high-impact journals
Requirements:
• PhD in Buddhist Studies, Religious Studies, or similar
• Proven track record in teaching excellence
• Experience with graduate supervision
• Evidence of research publication
• Focused expertise in Buddhism
This position will foster academic collaboration and enhance engagement with diverse audiences.
