This hybrid role involves close collaboration with leaders and teams across Aecon to ensure the successful implementation and sustainment of CIMS. You will be responsible for developing tailored learning materials and pathways that meet operational needs, focusing on adult learning principles for effective knowledge transfer. Your proficiency in learning and development will be critical as you coordinate training sessions and monitor their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to support CIMS adoption

• Design practical training materials aligned with learners' needs

• Maintain partnerships with subject matter experts and stakeholders

• Oversee training logistics and documentation

• Evaluate training outcomes and refine interactive solutions
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related discipline

• 5–7 years in Learning & Development or similar roles

• Experience with instructional design and delivery

• Proficient with MS Office and learning design tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
