Part-Time French Educator North York

Oxford Learning North York Willowdale seeks a part-time French educator to empower students in their language skills! Help build their confidence and mastery in both French and English in an engaging environment.

In this part-time role, you will work with small groups of students, providing tailored assistance and fostering a love for the French language. Must be available during evenings and some Saturdays, with a commitment lasting until the end of the  school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct up to three students per session at varied levels

• Facilitate a mix of online and in-person learning experiences

• Maintain daily communication logs and lesson notes

• Adhere to established teaching methods of Oxford Learning

• Promote a supportive and active classroom culture

Requirements:

• Strong competency in spoken and written French and English

• Previous tutoring experience with K-12 students

• Minimum of two evenings per week commitment

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant teaching certification desirable

• Must reside within commuting distance of North York
